AS SEEN IN:

Elite Training. Proven Connections.

Next-Level Quarterbacks.

Quarterbacks and wide receivers who want to get noticed need more than a strong arm…they need elite training, proven systems, and the right connections.

Based out of Palm Beach County in South Florida, the Frank Diaz Passing Academy helps athletes sharpen their mechanics with championship-tested drills, build game IQ through film study, and develop the mental toughness it takes to lead on and off the field. Training goes beyond the X’s and O’s, with mentorship, NIL knowledge, and direct opportunities to get film in front of Division 1 programs.

Frank Diaz has coached alongside some of the game’s most respected leaders—working with Lane Kiffin at Florida Atlantic (now Head Coach at LSU), Willie Taggart (now with the New York Giants), Charlie Weis Jr (Offensive Coordinator LSU), Drew Mehringer (University of Oregon Offensive Coordinator), Clint Trickett (University of Maryland Offensive Coordinator). He also served as Co-Offensive Coordinator at Independence Community College, featured on Netflix’s Last Chance U. His foundation was built at the University of Oregon under Chip Kelly (now with Northwestern University) and Scott Frost (Head Coach at UCF), where he was part of two Rose Bowls and a BCS National Championship run.

Now, that same experience is being passed directly to the next generation of quarterbacks. The Academy offers both group training camps and 1:1 coaching for quarterbacks, wide receivers & tight ends ready to level up and get noticed.

The roar of the crowd starts with the quiet confidence of preparation. Come build yours at the Frank Diaz Passing Academy.

Our Services

  • The 6-Week Quarterback Accelerator is built around the same principles used inside elite Division-1 programs: discipline, repetition, and mastery of the details that separate good quarterbacks from great ones. Having worked in systems led by coaches like Chip Kelly, Lane Kiffin, Willie Taggart, Scott Frost, Charlie Weis Jr., Clint Trickett, and Drew Meringher, I teach quarterbacks the same standards of preparation, mechanics, and defensive understanding used at the highest level of college football.

Every session emphasizes precision footwork, efficient throwing mechanics, and the ability to diagnose coverages and make the right decision under pressure. The focus isn’t hype, it’s consistent execution, leadership, and building habits that translate directly to performance on Friday nights and beyond. If a quarterback is serious about developing the discipline, confidence, and command required to lead an offense, this program provides that standard every single rep

Train with a coach who’s been inside the building

Your quarterback deserves coaching that goes beyond reps. I've spent over 16 years developing QBs at every level from JUCO national rankings to Power Five stadiums, turning raw talent into college-ready, scholarship-earning athletes. As an undergraduate assistant coach at the University of Oregon under Chip Kelly, I was part of two Rose Bowls and a BCS National Championship run. I spent time with many successful football programs and collegiate coaches through every level, through out the country and highlighting being under Head Coach Lane Kiffin at Florida Atlantic University.

My quarterbacks have led the nation in passing, earned All-America honors, and landed Division I offers. I know how to build a player the right way—mechanically, mentally, and for the moment when it matters. And with a Master's in Sports Business and hands-on NIL experience, I help families understand and capitalize on every opportunity the new landscape offers not just play the game, but get paid to play it.

Don’t just take our word for it:

  • Lane Kiffin (Head Coach LSU):

"Frank does a great job working with the quarterbacks and wide receivers."

  • Ahmed Saleh, QC (Tennessee Titans):

"What separates frank is his ability to simplify complex concepts and gets results-whether it’s footwork, timing or reading coverage, everything is coached with purpose. As a coach, I respect how he develops both the physical and mental side of the position. If you're serious about improving this is where you want to be."

  • Ernie Sims Linebackers coach (Florida State University-Detroit Lions 9th overall pick 2006 NFL Draft)

“I had the opportunity to work alongside Frank during my time at FAU, and I can say without hesitation that he is one of the most dependable and impactful people I’ve been around in a football environment. He takes his preparation and execution to an elite level. What truly separates Frank is his character and personality. His presence naturally elevates those around him. He has infectious energy and an authentic positive spirit that lights up any room he steps into. Frank is a true culture builder.”

  • Jorge Reyna (Fresno State) Nations Leading Passer in Junior College 2016:

"Coach Frank was an absolute cornerstone of my success. His dedication to our development went far beyond the field, from intense workouts and crafting exposure videos to pushing us in the weight room, he invested in us as athletes and as people. The lessons he instilled in the quarterback room didn't just make us better players, they made us better men. I am truly grateful for the impact coach had on my career and life."

  • Dallas Lopez, Quarterback (West Los Angeles College) Ranked #1 in the State, All-American:

"Frank believed in me before anyone else truly did. When things weren't perfect, and I was still finding my rhythm, he never wavered. That confidence pushed me to work harder, stay disciplined, and trust the process. Coach Frank turned belief into real development, coach didn't just train me -he challenged me, held me accountable and elevated my mindset. Because of that, I grew into the best quarterback in California Junior College Football and earned All-American honors. I wouldn't be where I am today without his vision and dedication."

  • John Raine, Tight End (FAU, Northwestern, Atlanta Falcons):

"Frank has a proven ability to develop players and help them reach the next level. His attention to detail, football IQ, and ability to communicate make him a great teacher of the position. Any quarterback in South Florida looking to elevate their game would benefit from training with him."

  • Calvin Jackson, Wide Receiver (New York Jets) :

"Coach Diaz creates a competitive environment that prepares players for the next level while still making sure everyone understands the bigger picture of the game. Any player looking to grow, compete, and reach the next level would be lucky to play for him."

"Frank does a tremendous job working with and developing quarterbacks."

  • Dion Jordan (3rd Pick 2014 NFL Draft Miami Dolphins) Head Coach Eureka College

We both came up from the Chip Kelly System at the University of Oregon where the standard was details, speed, and development - and he’s carried that same mindset. What separates Frank is his ability to build connections with guys and develop them to a high level. Any athlete who trains with Coach is going to get better, not just as a player, but as a competitor and leader.”
