Frank Diaz

Quarterback

Academy

“The moments loud.

Your mind’s quiet.”

Frank Diaz brings his passion, experience, and championship pedigree to the next generation of quarterbacks. After years of coaching at the highest levels of college football, Frank stepped into his own lane to develop elite quarterbacks.

Frank’s journey has been defined by excellence and mentorship under some of the game’s most respected coaches. He spent time at Florida Atlantic University, where he worked under Lane Kiffin (Head Coach at Ole Miss) and Willie Taggart (now with the Baltimore Ravens). Before that, he was the Co-Offensive Coordinator at Independence Community College, where he was featured on the Emmy-nominated Netflix documentary series ‘Last Chance U.

His roots trace back to the University of Oregon, where from 2009–2012 he learned under the leadership of Chip Kelly (Las Vegas Raiders Offensive Coordinator) and Scott Frost (Head Football UCF). During that time, he was part of two Rose Bowls and a BCS National Championship appearance-experiences that shaped his knowledge of the game at the highest level.

With that wealth of experience, Frank developed the Frank Diaz Quarterback Academy. Launching January 2026, this academy will focus on building not just arms, but leaders, teaching quarterbacks how to master the game mentally, physically, and emotionally.

South Florida, get ready. Your opportunity to train with one of the most experienced and passionate QB minds in the country is here.

The roar of the crowd starts with the quiet confidence of preparation. Come build yours at the Frank Diaz Quarterback Academy.
